Brief info
Ladye Maria Plagge is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance (with an emphasis in ballet) from the College Conservatory of Music. While dancing at CCM, Ladye had the pleasure of training with various professional artists such as: Oleg Sabline, Shellie Cash, Judith Mikita, Miachel Tevlin, Jiang Qi, Carol Iwasaki, Victoria Morgan, Suzette Boyer and Yi-Qi Cheng among others. Ladye has performed in various ballets including, Les Fille Mal Gardee, Coppelia, Swan Lake, The Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty among other original works. Upon Graduating in 2002, she started teaching at various studios in Cincinnati and finally found a place to call home when she found Kids First in 2005. She thoroughly enjoys teaching at Queen City Dance Academy and is most known for her emphasis on proper technique and artistic style.
When she is away from the studio, Ladye and her husband Will enjoy spending time with their two children, Maria and William. They stay busy with various school and sporting events, being active with their parish, entertaining family and friends and enjoying an occasional date night.
